Hello all. I would greatly appreciate anyone’s thoughts and/or experiences concerning the audition process of the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra.

I took their viola audition last fall, and I remember it being normal. They were moderately stingy in advancing people out of prelims, but not unreasonable. Comments were available from two members of the committee. At the end, two candidates played trials, and they hired one.
