Any word on the results of the 3 viola jobs in Philly?

Assistant principal went to Kerri Ryan, who currently holds the same chair here in Minny. Don't know about the others...

Congrats to Kerri! She is a "super" amazing violist.

She is that, and a great friend as well. We'll miss her horribly. But this is a great move for her - her family lives in Philly, and she's always loved it there. Incidentally, I just talked to her, and she informs me that the associate principal job went to Kirsten Johnson, another very highly regarded violist.

So Kirsten is offere Philly and up for trial in SF? Good run for her!

Wow...Kirsten Johnson is another super amazing violist in our generation. I don't know if she takes the principal job with SF or the associate principal job with Philly, but anyways, Philly viola section seems to have the strongest viola section in US orchestras...!
