1. MYAUDITIONS RAMPS UP
Last month marked our two year anniversary online. As we have discussed earlier, we've primarily focused on development rather then marketing the service. We didn't want MyAuditions to be a mile wide and an inch deep like some first generation *** bomb. Our approach from the very beginning has always been very organic, "if you build it, they will come."

For the first two years of operations, we've set out to achieve three goals:
First - Build, build, build!: Continue to build new and innovative services with a level of personalization unmatched anywhere else in the industry.
Second - Viral marketing: Create a community where our visitors are so passionate about MyAuditions, that they would tell their friends about the service.
Third - Build a partnership network: Work to build complimentary services that can accommodate an extensive network of content partners, both large and small to help promote MyAuditions.

Results:
- No other service combines performance, educational and arts administration opportunities in a subscriber free environment with the functionality, features, and personalization tools of MyAuditions.
- 50% of MyAuditions registered members are referred by a friend.
- Job seeker registration has steadily increased each month by approximately 12%.
- Site traffic has tripled in the 1st Q/2005 compared to 4th Q/2004.

Most importantly, we just completed a planned move last week to a larger server to handle the increased capacity in site traffic.

Featured Resumes - In an effort to promote the resumes/CV's of job seekers, we've added a Featured Resume section to both the North American and International front pages of MyAuditions. Every few days we will randomly select new resumes to feature. This service is currently available on a trial basis only while we explore new ways in which to promote our job seekers.

2. MYAUDITIONS POWERS STRINGS MAGAZINE'S JOB BOARD
We've recently launched our co-branded solution with one of the most prominent magazines in the industry, Strings Magazine - www.stringsmagazine.com/jobs. Our co-branded solution provides their 14,000 subscribers accessed to job postings powered by MyAuditions.

Further information on the co-branded solution may be found at http://myauditions.com/eve/forums/a/tpc/f/948607196/m/54010794421

3. ENTERPRISE SOLUTION UNDER DEVELOPMENT:
This month begins development of our corporate Enterprise Solution, a robust, scalable and powerful service to help Web site publishers of performing arts content increase market share, strengthen relationships with their community and provide additional features and services without the challenges of managing data and resources.

Further details on the Enterprise Solution may be found at http://myauditions.com/eve/forums?m=94210011&a=tpc&f=948607196
