1. EVOLUTIONARIES - LOOKING TOWARDS THE FUTURE
Since the initial development of MyAuditions began back in June 2001, we continually pause to reflect and evaluate MyAuditions role in the performing arts industry and how we can positively impact the industry to further facilitate and strengthen relationships between musicians, educators, administrators and the organizations that make up our industry.

We set out to build the most advance technological resource for the performing arts industry and realized this goal with the subsequent launch of MyAuditions in April 2003. Since that time, we have focused on continuing to evolve the service offering new and innovative services like Career Services, Job Search Content Islands; Vacancy Content Islands; and Vacancy Search optimization. These are but a few of the new services launched in 2004 View Press Releases.

As MyAuditions continues to grow and evolve, we recognize that the success of the service is directly proportional to the members who support it. It's all about community and MyAuditions believes strongly that community is at the core of its services. A community personalizes the Web, allowing people with common interests to seamlessly communicate and collaborate with each other, acting as participants, rather than observers and enabling them to have individual relationships in a global medium. If we can sustain that sense of community and belonging, we have created our long-term objective - lasting value. That, my friends, is the ultimate goal of MyAuditions.

So, in the weeks and months ahead, we will continue to reach out to the community and listen to what our members want, what they like, what they don't, and what they can do to positively impact and influence the future direction of MyAuditions.

Some may say we are revolutionaries, out to change the way things are done. But, we would rather be called evolutionaries, striving to make the process better. Change is a good thing but needs to happen over time, and time we have plenty of.
