MyAuditions Job/Resume Match offers side by side comparisons of job seeker’s credentials with the qualifications of an employer’s job posting. The comparison charts include job type, availability, ensemble type, work status, career level, earned degree, instrument, languages, geographical location and more. Keyword matches are highlighted in bold. Keyword matches generate a percentage (maximum 100%). The higher the percentage, the greater the match.

Job Seekers:
• Login to your account at www.myauditions.com/login and select the Resumes folder from the top center navigation menu.
• Activate an existing resume or create a new one to take advantage of Profile Match.
• Search for vacancies by selecting the Vacancies folder from the left navigation menu. When results are displayed, select a job to view the job details. On the job posting, you will see Match box with a percentage displayed.
• Select the link on the percentage displayed to view the comparison chart.
• The percentage displayed is representative of the credentials of your active resume against the qualifications of the job posting.
• You can only view matches between one active resume and its associated category (e.g. active performance resume viewing performance jobs).

Employers:
• Login to your account at www.myauditions.com/login and scroll down the page until you see the Profile Match section. Select View Matches.
• To view matches, you must have jobs saved/active within your account.
• Select the job category to display your existing jobs. Select the compare button to display candidate resumes.
• Results display the most qualified candidates with the highest percentage of keyword matches in a descending order.
• Select the percentile match number to the right of the corresponding resume to display the comparison chart associated with that resume.
• You may also view comparison charts directly from the candidate’s resumes. When viewing the resume, select the desired job posting from the pull down list to display the associated comparison chart.
