So at the school I teach at lately I am starting to notice a trend develop: students questioning faculty openly in classes and on-line. I am often amazed at some of the things I here students say to faculty members and I think back to when I was in school. I may not have always agreed with what the faculty said or had us do but I would never just refuse to do it or tell them in class they were wrong. Several of my colleagues have had this happen lately and it is somewhat disturbing.
